Information, not advice
Everything on this site is general information about land, planning and how we buy. It is not legal, financial, tax or planning advice and it is not a valuation of your land. Every piece of land is different. Before you sign anything with us or anyone else, take your own independent advice. We will say the same again before any agreement is put in front of you.
What a free review is
When you send us a postcode we look at the land at our own cost and tell you what we think. That is our opinion, formed from public records and our own experience. It may change once the land has been visited and the title read. It is not an offer. Any offer we make is in writing, subject to contract and subject to the checks set out in it. You owe us nothing for the review and you are free to walk away at any point.
Accuracy
The council facts on our area pages, such as plan stage, housing land supply and delivery test results, come from the councils' own publications and change as the councils publish. We keep the pages current but we cannot promise that every figure is up to date on the day you read it. Check the council's own page before relying on a number. Links to other sites are given for convenience; we are not responsible for what those sites say.
Using the site
You may read the site and share links to it. Please do not copy its pages, scrape it, try to break it or use it to send us anything unlawful or abusive. The text, illustrations, photographs and the Land Buyer mark belong to Hafan Homes Ltd or are used under licence.
Our liability
We take care over what we publish, but we accept no liability for loss that comes from relying on general information on this site instead of taking advice on your own land. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
